Our goal is to provide a safe and protected environment every time you visit our office. Your child’s health and well-being are our highest priorities.
New Protocols to follow when coming to your appointment:
Please have YAH Ortho Patient brush their teeth before coming to appointment.
Patient must wear a mask to the appointment. This can be a homemade mask such as a bandana or scarf if you do not have an actual mask. Mask WILL NOT be provided by the office as we are in short demand and need them for our staff.
Please call us at 719-564-6467 (Pueblo) or 719-589-3558 (Alamosa) when you arrive at the office to let us know that you are here. Please stay in the car until we call you to come inside.
Only the patient can come in for the appointment. We ask that all other family or friends wait in the vehicle. We will ask that only ONE Parent/Guardian to come in for consultations or to fill out new patient paperwork/contracts.
We will be screening and checking temperatures at the front door. If the patient or family members have been sick in the last 14 days, we ask that you inform our front desk staff and we will reschedule the appointment for a later time.
