Does Medicaid Cover Braces?
Yes. Medicaid will cover 100% of the cost of braces for patients 21 and younger if they determine orthodontic treatment is medically necessary (overbite, underbite, crossbite, or severe crowding). During a free consultation, we can determine if a child’s treatment is likely to be covered by Medicaid. If they cannot be covered then we will be happy to work with you and discuss private financing.
